Peak Performers is hiring for an internal, full-time Recruiter, performing hybrid work at our headquarters in north-central Austin.
The Recruiter plays a critical role at Peak, partnering with our clients to identify top talent for Information Technology, Office Professional, and Life Sciences contract jobs, working under highly competitive contracts. In this role, you’ll grow candidate relationships, ensure successful technical talent placements, and collaborate across internal teams to maintain Peak’s high standards of staffing excellence.
As Peak is a mature organization with a complexity of client relationships, this role requires a strong attention to detail, effective and professional communication skills, and consistent record keeping in our ATS/CRM.

Major duties

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer negotiation, for technical and professional roles, including software engineers, cloud architects, security engineers, data specialists, senior finance professionals, administrative assistants, and more.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Utilize sourcing tools (Avionte ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) to attract top technical talent. 
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. 
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within a staffing agency.
• Proven ability to source and attract top-tier technical talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Location: Peak Performers HQ in north-central Austin, 78756
• Work arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days per week on-site
• Schedule: M-F 8-5. Additional hours may be required to meet business demands.
• Compensation: $75,000/yr
• Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
