Peak Performers is recruiting for a state law enforcement agency’s Crime Records Division Contract Management Office. This newly created role, which will begin temporary and convert to permanent, combines hands-on SharePoint configuration, Tableau reporting support, and the operational work that keeps contract information accurate and accessible.  The team you will be joiningThe team is improving its SharePoint environment, contract library, workflows, and reporting. You will help build and maintain practical tools, keep day-to-day information current, and make it easier for contract staff to find records and track work. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys owning projects and also takes pride in the steady work of maintaining the systems after they launch. Major duties

• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online lists, libraries, metadata, views, forms, navigation, and tracking tools. Help reorganize the contract library and validate existing records.
• Maintain existing Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and recurring reports. Address routine data refresh, field mapping, formatting, and reporting issues.
• Use Excel and Power Query to clean, combine, and validate operational data for reliable reporting.
• Configure, test, monitor, and document approved Power Automate reminders, notifications, and other routine workflows.
• Keep contract records, action logs, shared mailbox information, SOPs, and user guides current. Help staff track deadlines and follow-up items.
• Support authorized clearance and CJIS tracking, reporting packages, and requisition or invoice routing in CAPPS under established procedures.
• Troubleshoot routine issues, help colleagues use the tools, and coordinate with agency technical staff when additional access or expertise is needed.

 What are we looking for?

• Hands-on SharePoint Online configuration. You have created or modified lists, libraries, columns, metadata, views, and forms, not only uploaded documents.
• Hands-on Tableau maintenance. You have updated existing workbooks, dashboards, or reports and worked through data or refresh issues, not only viewed dashboards.
• Strong Excel skills and practical Power Query experience cleaning and transforming data.
• Experience configuring or maintaining Power Automate workflows and working across Microsoft 365.
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to own projects while keeping routine records and reporting accurate. Be ready to explain work you personally performed.
• Helpful but not required: Power Apps, Power BI, OneNote, process mapping, records management, or public sector or regulated operations experience. No specific degree or certification is required.

 Exciting opportunity Details

• Rate: $50.00/hour.
• Length of Engagement: Temporary-to-permanent.  
• Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in daily start and end times
• Location: North Austin. Currently onsite Tuesday and Thursday and remote Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Expected to transition to five days onsite; timing has not been set.
