Working in a quiet, spacious office environment, you will collaborate directly with executive leadership, project managers, and agency legal counsel to ensure compliance and smooth operational workflows. Major Duties

• Conduct legal research on current laws, regulations, and statutes to support operational needs.
• Process, review, and coordinate response efforts for agency HIPAA requests.
• Liaise between division leadership and legal personnel to maintain clear project updates.
• Assist with administrative coordination and document preparation across key departments.

 What Are We Looking For?

• Prior experience as a legal assistant, law clerk, or paralegal (state agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong research and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a soft security check for site access.

• Rate: $29.50/hour
• Contract: September 28, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (Likely to extend; high potential for Full Time Permanent conversion)
